Ladies, what natural remedies have worked for you to fight morning sickness?? I'm sick all day every day and I need something to help!!

Sour candy popsicles anything tart and chicken broth has saved me eat every 20 to 30 mins just put something in there trust me it will help thats what has kept my head out the waste baskets been doing it all day and i actually have kept it down

Eating all the time! Also pregnant with twins so they're sucking up everything I feed them but just eat every time you think you're hungry. It's when I get too hungry that I feel sick like wanting to barf. Eating is a full time job to stave off the nausea.

Ask your doctor about diclegis which is a vitamin b6 pill that really erased my nausea I take 2 at night with prenatals before bed and 1 in the morning on an empty stomach when I first wake up

You can try those things tina but if your like me its not going to work all of my pregnancies my doctor put me on zolfren i have severe morning/all day sickness...If yours is that bad talk your doctor about it!!
