I have it , I'm currently goons through it. You have to just take it day by day honestly and know that tomorrow won't be the same as yesterday. When I'm down I think about my son , he's the reason why I don't give up. & you shouldn't either find something that makes you happy. Wishing you the best , this too shall pass.
