miscarriage?

I had 2 very faint positive lines over the weekend when I was 2 days behind from my period. Unfortunately on the 3rd day my period came. Then on the second day of my period (today) I had this excruciating lower ab pain at work that paramedic had to send me home. I was blaming myself for not taking pain relief tablets on my first day so I could've avoided this pain because it happens every month to me now 😞

Then when I wiped today, I noticed a clot on my tissue with a thin white streak in it. Did anyone encounter this?
