After mc in may, i got my rainbow baby!

I found out that I am around 3 weeks 5 days pregnant, since I went to the doctor two weeks ago and had a ton of test done and an ultrasound done because I haven't had a normal period since the mc and they gave me a shot to jump start ovulation since I was only bleeding for like a day I'm still I'm shock from the results. And still so scared I lost my first at 5 weeks three days after I got the positive test. Trying not to stress and hope for a happy healthy nine months. Any advice would be great since I've never carried past 5 weeks I really don't know what to expect in the weeks to come. Have downloaded a few pregnancy apps. But would love to hear real experiences.
