blood after sec

Blood after sex this time it was a lot I have PCOS. I have told my Obgyn that I have blood after sex before but this time it was a lot and I have also told her it hurts to have sex she said he is just probably going into deep for there is nothing they can find that would cause pain. I have also let her know I have pain in my abdomen when pressed even just slightly. So I guess is would pcos cause all of these. And if so would it make your hair fall out like clumps. And not just on your head like eye lashes and grow hair everywhere else like back stomach face neck. Idk. I am 24 and just worried
