Awkward Self Esteem Issue

I have a boyfriend of almost 2 years, we've already had sex & he says he loves my body; well I'm still really insecure Bc im getting a tummy, I have b cup boobs (not that big) & I want a perfect body.. but nothing compares to my insecurity of my vagina.. ugh I hate it. it's alright but I wish it was cuter. what should I do?
