No bc = weight loss?

I stopped taking my birth control bcuz it was causing me to bleed a lot and now I have lost weight. I am small to begin with but I was at 100 lbs and now I'm down to 98 again. I can't seem to keep the weight on for anything and I don't know what to do. My breasts and butt have gotten smaller also. Could it be something to do with my hormones?

Yeah eating something high in calories before you go to sleep will definitely help you gain weight.

Probably, if you need to gain weight a weigh my friend did when she needed to gain weight is that she ate the went straight to sleep. That way your body won't burn of the carbs and calories so you gain not a lot but a little more weight
