I have always had reallt bad kidney problems and nobody can tell me wat is causing it, i was recently told that lots of sex can cause kidney problems and uti's, is that true?

YES. Uti can travel up your ureters into your kidneys. I had a transplant for this reason. Be careful! Urinate immediately after sex.

I don't know about kidney problems. But I do know sex can cause UTIs. I've been treated for it before and we all know UTIs suck. My doctor gave me anti bacterial pills to get rid of the infection and prevent it. My doctor said peeing after sex can help flush the bacteria out. This helped me prevent this also by drinking water and taking cranberry pills.

If you are having regular kidney infections (ie have had more than one), you need to see a urologist ASAP. Your doctor can refer you to a specialist.

Yes, UTIs can be caused by sex (among other things as well). Sex can help bacteria enter the urethra and cause an infection to develop in the bladder. If the infection worsens, it can spread to the kidneys - this is very dangerous. If you have UTI symptoms, you should see your doctor for treatment.
