Please need help:(

Seven days late for my period, now lightly spotting(which can only be seen while wiping after using the bathroom), and had a negative test. What should I do:( I had a miscarriage a month and a half ago(which means hormone is gone from the previous) but spotted after that aswell.. I also had unprotected sex after the miscarriage(which would be about 3-4weeksago). Plus I'm peeing ever 30 minutes, plus hungry every 2-3 hours.. and I'm super moody and experiencing hot flashes and morning sickness
