SOS! Needing advice in the romance dept 🙃

Hey guys! I just had a baby about 3 months ago. Since she was born we have been staying with my fiancé's parents while he is remodeling our house. Our sex life has totally died because of this, and now I feel like we argue so much more than we used to. Any advice on how to be sneaky with it or what I should do? 😬😰
