bleeding

Please help. So I had my second internal scan done this morning and we managed to see a heartbeat and everything looked good. This afternoon however I have experienced slight bleeding with no pain, anyone else experience something like this and still have a healthy pregnancy? Waiting to hear back from my doctor but worrying so much.
