Okay so I will be having my baby in 3 weeks or so. I will be breastfeeding and would like a good diet plan or healthy eating plan that works well with breastfeeding. A lot of the meal plans out there are focused on not eating calories but with breastfeeding I'll need calories! In your experience ladies what is the best meal plan or healthy eating habits that you have used? I do plan on losing my baby weight and excersize for and getting toned again. But eating healthy is important too! Shoot me your advice and experiences!!! ❤️
