Tips for moving on?

So, I was just led on by this guy who turned out to be a total fuckboy! He was a great friend of mine, and then one day I caught feelings and we started sexting, and I genuinely thought he had feelings for me too! He acted like it, he told me that I meant something to him, but he just lied! When I asked him point blank what he felt, because I had gotten so frustrated, he said "I don't have emotional feelings for anyone. I don't know if I have romantic feelings for you or not. I just don't know". To be fair, he has been away at college while I'm here in high school and there is a lot of distance, so I'm not angry with him. We are still going to stay friendly, but I have to move on. Please please share some advice because I am TERRIBLE at moving on! And I desperately need to move on!
