Anxiety during ovulation

Does anyone else get super anxious when their estrogen levels spike? How do you deal with it? I was thinking of going on birth control but I don't want to deal with the possible side effects and it might make it worse to have the estrogen in the pills since I'm sensitive to it! Any thoughts???
