painful cramps...😑

I've been experiencing painful low sharp pains all day today, like shooting pains through my tummy and down towards my lady area (tmi no other way to word it!!) it hasn't been major painful but is uncomfortable. Is this something serious? I haven't had these pains before only light cramping like a period. I'm only 5w and went for an early scan yesterday and everything looked fine however today something doesn't feel 100% I'm super worried. Please help 😔
