Induction??

So I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my fourth and last child, I've had severe medical issues since my 3rd was born who will be 3 in January, I'm a very young mom I'll be 23 in December, long story short I need a bile duct reconstruction done as my bile duct won't stay open I've had 7 stents and multiple tests, surgeries, and procedures in the last 3 years, I also have a severe hiatal hernia. My hernia keeps bulging out and causing me extreme pain and heart burn and the taste of blood, I have no appetite Wat so ever and I'm wondering if my doc would induce me at 37 weeks as the pain is so bad I can barely get out of bed and with 2 children in school and one at home I need to be able to move, and I'm afraid my hernia is going to end up strangulated due to baby's size. I want my baby healthy and safe but with me unable to eat I'm afraid he's not getting the nutrients he needs. This pregnancy was not planned so I didn't purposely or knowingly conceive knowing I have medical issues that could get worse, birth control has never worked all 4 were conceived while on birth control, I also have to have a hysterectomy once he is 6months old because they found out I have endometriosis. Sorry for the long post I'm just worried about baby and if the hernia gets strangulated it can rupture causing me to bleed out, I'm really scared at this point.
