I recommend the Nexplanon implant. It goes under the skin in your non dominant arm.

I've had it for almost 2 years and my boyfriend & I regularly have unprotected intercourse and I'm still happily childfree.

You kinda forget about it since once you get it, it's good for 3 years. It didn't even hurt... Do some research and see if it's right for you.
