Low HCG

I had a beta done on Thursday and it was 12 and then the one today (4 days later) was 27. I've had 3 miscarriages in the past and I'm so nervous. My new dr said it's not "indicative of a normal or abnormal pregnancy" and to come in in 4-6 weeks for an ultrasound. That's just too long for me. Can anyone give me any reassurance or do I just need to mentally prepare for another loss?
