Pains in my vaginal area

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know if it's just me or if anyone else has experienced sharp pains in the vaginal area during pregnancy. I am currently 11 weeks & 5 days and these pains have been occurring on and off since late last night. I called me doctor and she said since I'm not bleeding or anything I should be fine but it still has me worried.
