UTI. need advice!

Oh my gosh.. I'm dying. I'm about 48 hours in. My doctor finally called in a prescription for antibiotics but I cannot pick it up and begin taking it until my lunch break tomorrow. Pharmacy is, of course, closed already tonight. Does anyone know if AZO is safe to use during pregnancy? I'm 16 weeks. I've already been chugging water and cranberry juice but need some relief until the antibiotics start to work 😰
