A&D, Aquaphor, or Triple paste. Petroleum based ones shield the skin from acidic poop and high levels of ph in urine. Air dry and water wipes or water and reusable wipes. Even sensitive brand wipes can make rash worse.

Natural would be waxeline it's great. I also use water wipes. Barely any rashes.. I also use honest diapers

Triple Paste is great for clearing up diaper rash, also used it for rashes on my baby's neck and arms. The wipes you use definitely make a big difference. I use Water Wipes when I'm out of the house and just washcloths soaked in water at home. Aquaphor at least once daily, to create a barrier between skin and diaper.
