Rash?
Since about 36ish weeks my belly below my belly button has itched almost incessantly and I originally thought it was due to stretch marks because that's when I really started getting them, but I am now 4 days PP, my belly still itches horribly at times, and I have developed this bumpy rash and some scabby spots where hair follicles are
