I'm on the patch which is a type of birth control, now it says I'm supposed to have it 3 weeks on and one week off (note: you have to change the patch weekly for a different one) for my period, but according to this app my period only comes next week and this week should have been the last week to wear my patch so that my period comes.  Do I put on a new patch and leave it on till my period comes or not put a patch on and go for the week without it ?
