I got my paraguard inserted yesterday and for what ever reason I was really aroused yesterday and decided to masturabte (only clitories stimulation ) bout 2 hours after getting it inserted .. I've been have really bad cramping .. Has anyone had this problem and should I hold off masturbating til my cramps subside ?
