I had a D and C in August 2014 due to my baby not having a heartbeat, I recently found out that I'm pregnant. I'm six weeks exactly, and I'm so nervous this could end in a miscarriage I have no pregnancy symptoms except for back pain. I went to the hospital today because my back pain is so severe I can't walk. The nurse told me after having a ultrasound they saw the heartbeat, I was relieved but I'm still nervous. I just want this to work out!
