We just got done with ours. 4 Tuesdays for 3 hours. The time passed quickly and it was pretty fun! It was very useful to find out hospital policy and how it meshes with a birth plan. Plus we met some other cool couples.

I'm taking a seven week course. It's very informative

This is my second baby so no need... but I didn't with my first either. I chose to do hypnosis for pain management and I felt as though a standard birthing class would be counter productive to that process. I chose to study independently and it went very well.
