I went to the ER on Saturday because I had brown spotting. They took some blood and order for me to give more in a few days andfollow up  with OB. Went in today, she did an ultrasound and said my baby looked like it measured what a 6 week 1 day old would,  they had projected me at being in my 7th week 3 day mark before. She couldn't find a heart beat, and said it looked like blood was building up outside my uterus. On top of this my HCG went from 1489 to 1437 between Saturday and Monday. She thinks I'm going to miscarry. I'm preparing for the worst to come but I can't help but be in denial a bit. Lots of women have blood  build up outside their uterus and it goes away with no complications. Maybe they just misjudged how far a long I was. I haven't had cramping and my spotting was super light and brown. Hardly lasted at all. But the HCG dropping, I can't argue that one. Ultimately I'm bracing for what's pending. I'm heartbroken. It's surreal because I feel completely fine at this point. I wish everyone else the best of luck in their pregnancies and keep you all in my prayers. ❤️
