breastfeeding issues.

So my LO is very demanding at all times. I'm nursing every hour. She falls asleep most of the time, I change boob when she is sleepy but after 5 min she would fall asleep again.

I've tried pumping but I don't have a clue about that, how many times do I have to pump in a day? I'm so confused about her feedings. She poops like 5 times, and wets like 3 or 4 diapers a day. But no matter what she is always hungry even though at 3 weeks she is already 9lbs. She is not colicky, just hungry or wants to soothe at my breast. What should I do? Do I need to see a lactation consultant?
