first period after birth?

Has anyone had a period yet? I don't really know what to expect (painful? Heavy?) and when will it happen?

It's the one thing I haven't missed!! 😭

If you are breastfeeding you will more than likely not experience a period till around 6 months after giving birth some gals go up to a year! 😀
