Braxton hicks or cramps
Can anyone tell the difference between the two? I have been getting what I can explain as serious cramping the last few weeks serious enough that i wake from sleeping. Sometimes i find myself breathing like women do when experiencing a contraction lol but it really does yake your breath away at times.
