Food poisoning ?

So today I didn't have time to pack my lunch... Well when o took my lunch I decided to buy a hamburger out of the vending machine at work ...and I've never bought it before ... Well half hour after eating it my stomach started cramping like #2 kind of cramps and my stomach just kept rumbling... Like I really needed to go ...and I just didn't feel right. . so I kinda was forced to hold it in at work (2 hours) .. Then i finally got home and had diarrhea and I threw up ALOT.... I'm 9 weeks and hoping if I do have food poisoning that my Baby is ok .. Sorry for the TMI parts ... Also I noticed I had just a slight bit of blood ...but I've wiped after and nothing ...first time I spotted ... Should I be worried ?
