Implanon

So have had the rod for a few months now, still had a regular period until now. I'm 6 days late, I've been an overly emotional b*tch (just being honest) craving chocolate (hadn't eaten it in months previously) and the last 4 days I have had the worst cramps and stomach ache. These are all things that have never before really been an issue with me, I'm not too emotional, I hadn't eaten chocolate in months, I rarely get period pain unless I'm super stressed.

I know there's a very low chance on getting pregnant with the rod but I am not going to lie, I am worried.

Are these side effects normal to others or?? Help :o
