Sharp abdomen pain in 19 weeks of pregnancy

I am 19 week 2 days pregnant. I was taking a nap this afternoon and lying on my left side.to wake up i changed my position and lie down straight to get up. That is when i experienced a sharp lower right abdominal pain. It was so sharp that i screamed.after massaging my abdomen for a while i slowly tried getting off the bed and used loo. After that the pain slowly withered off.though the sensation is still there.

Please ladies is there anything to be worried about?
