uneven production?

I feel like my right breast isn't feeding my daughter as well as the left. When I pump, the production is about the same but when she nurses she seems so be struggling with the right. Also the left seems to be getting visibly larger and fuller. Similar experiences?

That is totally normal for one side to produce more. However - since you get about the same amount from both when pumping it might be something else. What is she doing when you try to nurse? Have you tried different positions? I just say that because my oldest son had torticollis and wouldn't eat well from my left side because of the way the muscles in his neck were tightened from the way he was positioned in my womb. We had to take him to PT and massage and work his neck for the first 6 months or so. It's not scary or anything but if you don't catch it pretty quickly the way they lay can misshape their heads and they might have to wear a helmet to reshape it.

Yes!!! I've spent the past week trying to even out mostly for aesthetic reasons. My right breast is twice the size and producing more because the little one favors it. It's been a process but they're roughly the same size now. It's common from what I've heard

Same here, my right boob seems to leak and produce a lot more. I'm not worried I just keep pumping
