Possibly pregnant?

Hi, so I have been trying to conceive my second child for going on 4 months now. I thought for sure I was pregnant last month, only to be disappointed when I got my period. :( I have a very irregular cycle ranging from 23-39 days in length, so it has been very difficult to try to track and time ovulation. According to Glow, my next expected period should start Monday 11/14, but I have been having creamy white medium to heavy CM for at least a week now and my breast/nipples have been sore since Saturday...could this be a good indicator of pregnancy and is it too early to test?? I don't want to get my hopes up too much just to be disappointed. :-/
