Lower back pain?

Hi ladies,

Is anyone else experiencing really bad lower back pain? Have never sufferered from a bad back but the last couple of days it has been very sore 😥 Any tips on how to make it better? Xxx

Try some stretches, all of my random aches go away when I keep up with them.

Try foam rolling! I have lower back pain and sometimes it is because it's over-compensating for tightness in my mid-back (my dad is a PT so he makes me do this stuff). If not maybe a heat pack? Good luck!

Yes! I just started seeing a chiropractor as it was becoming unbearable. Soon I will start stretches at home based on her directions, but before I found a heating pad to help.

Yes, mine has been awful this week. I try to stretch it out morning and night and sit on a  heat pad when I can. I bought some thermocare patches for this weekend when I'll be in the car for 6 hours and at a football game.

I get sharp shooting pains in my back and bum, which then travel down to the back of my legs. Consultant has referred me to physio, said its sciatica. I have a full-body pregnancy pillow and a hot water bottle to ease the symptoms. Hope you feel better soon x

I sleep with a pillow between my legs. I find that it gets better when I'm more active and hurts more when I'm sitting for long periods

I'm a Chiropractor and I'd highly recommend finding one with prenatal experience. It's very gentle and safe for the baby. I get adjusted every 2 weeks and it's really helping with my aches and pains. Let me know if you have any questions

I just started seeing a chiropractic and holy moly it was instantly helpful! I had moderate back pain and really bad round ligament pain on my right side.  He adjusted my pelvis and lower back and I definitely feel better and less sore. He said pregnancy effects a woman's pelvis and back as the baby grows which causes pain and discomfort moving and walking. I highly recommend finding a good chiropractor and seeing them regularly before and after birth.

Yeah my bump is def doing a number on my spine. I find sitting with a small pillow behind my lower back helps a LOT
