Depo making my period longer???

I'm so confused. I got my first depo shot a month ago. But I started my period Nov 1st and here I am on the 9th and it's still going strong. Is this normal?

Yes it's normal. I bled for 5 months and eventually decided to go off it. Because I wasn't on it real long my period only took a couple month to be back to normal.
