is this a miscarriage or a blood clot ????? husband and I fought and I started bleeding

I see. Someone post something like this a few days ago & it was a chemical pregnancy.. does anyone know what this could possibly be??? My period was originally 4 days late, I had no sign of it coming but my husband and I got into a physical fight & I starting cramping & bleeding . Help please

UPDATE, I'm not intentionally trying to get pregnant so pls avoid telling me "not to bring a child into this" I didn't ask for judgement , I asked for thoughts on what this may be. I don't have medical insurance and I wanted a few others opinions on if I should go to the E.R or not . I havent gotten a pregnancy test yet so please no rude comments , just answer yes or no if you think this is something worth checking out. The other young lady didn't mention whether or not she got a positive test yet everyone still responded to her. There's no need to pass judgement and be rude bc half of you probably shouldn't be TTC anyway.
