Please reassure me even though I know its okay!

Okay so this morning I was lying in bed and my baby girl was just a moving in there 😂 I was on my back so I was like okay let's play with her I'm a ftm and this was my first time doing this. So she was up by my belly button and it was so hard I started rubbing that spot and talking to my beautiful daughter👶😁😊 she then moved to the other side of my belly button stomach which ever, anyways it felt awesome (I've been feeling her for awhile but it was awesome to feel her reaction) Im 21+5 weeks and ways so we did this for about half hour to me I was bonding with her really enjoying this moment. So I'm visiting with her great grandmother and I tell her how exciting and amazing it was well she told me I can't play with her in my womb and not make her move because she can get the cord around her neck and die......😭 ladies I just need some reassurance that I'm not hurting her or that I'm not making the cord go around her neck. I know that sometimes this does happen but now I'm just worried.
