what is the best
I have tried the pill and always forget it. I was on the depo shot but I didn't have a regular period for three years and I was only on it for two years... with that reaction it takes away the implant in the arm and iud is definitely not an option. Does anyone use the patch or Nuba ring. What are your thoughts?
