Two periods in a month? is it possible?

So my last period started on the 27th and last through to the 31st with a little spotting the next couple days. I go to the bathroom just now and guess what? There's blood! Wtf! Is it possible to have two periods in a month?? This happened once before a couple months ago and I just rode it off as a period. But I have no other symptoms. No swollen or sore breasts, no cramps. No back pain. No bitchiness lol I mean wtf? And with my "normal" period I get all of those symptoms. I wasn't expecting to get my period today either. No tampons! Can this week get worse? Ughhh (sorry for the mini rant)
