If you are/were pregnant with twins....

Did you just know you were having twins or was it a shock on the first ultrasound? At 4 weeks 3 days my hcg was 1349 Google said 4 weeks is suppose to be 5-400 and mine were way above that. Do you think I'm pregnant with twins?
