My hormones are out of wack . Not balanced at all and had only one period when my shot was due and its been two months and now now period. I'm frustrated worried that there might be something else that's wrong maybe a cyst but I only go to a clinic and they don't do sonos or want to send me elsewhere . I tried for three months and nothing , so I gave up , and now I've been trying for two more months and still nothing . I hate this wait , how can I balance my hormones? The last time I took vitex & women's energy I got my period right away this time around tried the same and no luck
