Hello ladies I see everyone has problems with their different forms of BC and hopefully I can help. I one was one the depo shot which was far the worst idea every ... so I got that out my system and now I'm on the pill Tri-sprintec and honestly they are the best !! No mood swings, no weight gain, no trouble sleeping !! No anything shorter , lighter periods ! No cramping, no type of PMS symptoms whatsoever.. I haven't gained any weight since being on them but I do workout regularly... but these pills are great I would recommend them to anyone .. they are effective as well, long as u do what you're suppose to do with them ..
