6 weeks
This is my first pregnancy and I'm about 6 weeks along. Only symptoms I've had are increases thirst, mood swings, barely noticeable cramping 2 weeks ago and then today light pink spotting when I wipe only. I guess I'm just nervous since I'm not experiencing many pregnancy symptoms. Any advice?
