Get a different brand of bottle?

I've been using the Chicco Natural bottles for my son (6 months) since he was a newborn, but around every 8 sucks or so he pulls off.

I feel like he is getting too much too quickly? But we have tried all the different stages of nipple for these bottles and he does it on them all.

He's been doing this for months now, I guess I just didn't think to change it?

Has any had experience with this? Are better brands with slow flow nipples, if that's what it is?
