What is causing this kind of rash? Idk this morning she woke up with this rash on her face she is totally calm and doesn't have signs of fever and doesn't look sick.

That's what my daughters baby acne looks like, I swear it comes and goes every other day!

It looks just like my sons baby acne. It will go away on its own if you let it be. I just clean his face twice a day with a warm each cloth, his doctor said that's the best thing to do

Could be a list of things:
1. People kissing/touching baby's face
2. People holding baby , their scent (perfume,detergent, cigarette smell etc)
3. Bacteria from family/friends holding baby
4. Sweat 
5. Environmental -dust in the room

The list goes on.

I strongly reccomend rinsing face with WATER ONLY AND KEEPING FACE DRY AT ALL TIMES. Allow the skin to breathe. Do not put lotions soap or anything on babys face. Unless it's an allergy reaction , it should go away no problem.

I wash my daughter's face with a wash cloth right after she eats no matter what now and it is seeming to clear up finally after a month. I also only hold her with a blanket on my chest since we use different laundry soaps.

My son got the same thing! I use to put lotion on his face after his bath because all the dry skin, I stopped & now it's going away

my 1 month  gets like this after a bath for a couple of days. I took her to the doctors and all they said was to use eucerin and hydrocortisone ointment. It's worked so well. I lather her up 3 times a day. Here's the before and after.
