what's the best option ?

Hello! So I'm completely knew to all this and I love how we can post and have conversations within us beautiful women! 
I figured I'd ask since I know majority of the ladies on here are on birth control. I'm not on it myself but I have been thinking about it for quite some time now. I know it can fluctuate your weight or cause acne but we're all different so maybe some of you would like to share your experience with the BC you're taking. What birth control is best? Any Info would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks for helping a sistah out :)

I take the pill because I know I can be on schedule and I don't vomit or have diarrhea often.
In the first few months I had acne, my breasts grew, I had awful mood swings, however after a while it all went away and plus my periods are always on time, I have nicer skin and my periods are very light.
I'm happy with my decision but you can check the patch, ring, IUD and the implant out if you'd like. If you're afraid of side effects you also have the copper IUD which has no hormones and lasts years.
Gaining weight is really mostly a myth, and 90% of other side effects go away.

I personally stopped it all together. I've always had terrible heavy periods so I tried birth control. It only made my cycles super irregular and made me moody. I've tried 3 different types before I finally decided to stop. I wasn't really a fan of it in the first place but I just wanted to have a calm period lol plus I have genital herpes so the extra hormones just made me breakout more often. But it's been a year off birth control and I've only had 2 breakouts and my period has actually regulated and isn't heavy anymore. Our bodies are constantly changing so it was just a matter of time for my period to be calm lol

I fell pregnant on the pill which resulted in my 4 month old son, so I get the injection now.
