Extreme swollen hands, feet & ankles

I been having a headache on and off for days with extremely swollen hands, ankles, legs and feet. My hands are so swollen that they are numb and tingly. I have been getting pains in my chest and moments that my heartbeats really fast even when I'm just laying down. I been seeing flashing lights, dark spots and getting doubled vision. I've talked to my doctor about it and she brushed it off and said it was ok since my blood pressure wasn't high. I even mentioned my heart beating fast and they said I was just nervous but I wasn't... Does anybody else suffer with this??? And can someone give me advice on what I should do plz :/
