I have an appointment to get an iud next week and I'm extremely nervous. I have a few friends who have it and one told me that it was painful and another said she took an ibuprofen prior to getting it so it didn't hurt at all. Can you guys share your experiences if you don't mind? The insertion is all im nervous about, I don't take pain well 😩😩😔
